The data provided by the IVR capture appears in your Call Log Report under the ‘Call’ column, which can be accessed via your CBG login. Each digit represents the menu tone chosen by the call.
For example, if 150 is displayed, this means the caller has followed a sequence of choosing Option 1, Option 5, and Option 0.
