To make sure no call is missed, all calls made outside of a specified time period can be diverted to a virtual voicemail. Simply choose the days your business operates and its operating hours, and any calls received outside of these windows will be diverted to a voicemail service, where your customers can leave a message with ease.

Our Virtual Voicemail platform allows you to configure the message recording, as well as the notification alert and the form in which you receive customer messages.

Calls can be diverted to either a specific voice message that lets your customer know the office is closed and gives them the opportunity to leave a message, or to an after-hours message service which passes the caller’s details onto the business for follow-up. Both of these services are hosted by Complete Business Group. Call notifications are entirely customisable and can also be white labelled to match your business’s needs. All emails can be branded with your company logo and be redirected to the appropriate inbox.
