Complete Business Group’s post-call SMS enables communication with your customer to continue long after the call has finished. You can instruct our system to send a fully customised and automated SMS at the end of a call (if the call has originated from a mobile).

Perhaps the text message thanks the caller for their call or provides further details, providing another touch point and point of engagement with your business.

Not only that, but the caller is able to reply via SMS, which is instantly converted to email and sent to the appropriate sales representation. Replies to this email are converted into SMS messages back to the customer. All SMS feeds and email chains can be seamlessly integrated using our flexible API into 3rd party platforms such as your CRM platform or learning intelligence software.
